I love public speaking but not all of us do!

Phycology Today says “Surveys about our fears commonly show fear of public speaking at the top of the list. Our fear of standing up in front of a group and talking is so great that we fear it more than death…” Ouch!!

If you are one of the above or like me want to excel, don’t worry, this TED talk is for us. It’s a toolbox with a good set of tools to help us talk in a way that will cause people to want to listen to us. This Ted Talk is also good for parties, families, friends, business and public talks. And all in 10 minutes. Enjoy :-)

"The future is not a result of choices among alternative paths offered by the present, but a place that is created - created first in the mind and will, created next in activity.  The future is not someplace we are going to, but one we are creating.  The paths are not to be found but made, and the activity of making them changes both the maker and the destination."
