Early last week, one of my clients faced a dilemma – a decision of which fork in the road to take.

Whichever road she decided to choose could lead to success, although the choice she really wanted to make would mean having to face her fears.

I asked, which road is the most authentic with the real you i.e. Who You Are! Which decision holds true to your beliefs, values and dreams or passion? And is that why you want to take that road?

Yesterday the client phoned to say thank you. She chose to face her fears and travel down a road characteristic of who she really was. Her joy, confidence and energy returned with an increased determination to achieve her passion and enjoy life.

All inspired leaders think, act and communicate from the inside out.

It’s worth giving 18 minutes of your time to watch Simon Sinek, ‘How great leaders inspire action’

"The future is not a result of choices among alternative paths offered by the present, but a place that is created - created first in the mind and will, created next in activity.  The future is not someplace we are going to, but one we are creating.  The paths are not to be found but made, and the activity of making them changes both the maker and the destination."
John Schaar, futurist
